ColorGames ("we", "us", or "our") operates colorgames.app. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
ColorGames does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to play. We collect only the minimal technical data needed to operate the service:
ColorGameslocalStorage. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.ColorGames does not set first-party cookies for tracking or advertising. If third-party scripts such as analytics or CDN providers are present, they may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies.
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible) to understand aggregate traffic —? for example, which games are most popular. These tools do not use cookies, do not fingerprint users, and do not share data with ad networks.
Some game pages embed content via <iframe>. Embedded content behaves as
though you have visited the source website and is subject to that site's own privacy policy.
ColorGames is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information, the site is inherently compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.
We do not store personal data on our servers. Server log files are retained for up to 30 days by our hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes, then automatically deleted.
